Shipping Policy

Where we deliver, how long it takes, and what it costs.

Last updated 12 August 2026

What delivery costs

Nothing. Delivery is free on every physical order, whatever it contains and whatever it is worth. There is no minimum order value, no threshold to reach and no surcharge for any pincode. The delivery line on your order reads zero because it is zero.

How long it takes

We aim to deliver within 7 days of your payment being confirmed. That is the same figure shown on the product page and at checkout, and it is the date recorded on your order as the expected delivery date.

It is a target, not a guarantee. Festival weeks, weather and courier delays happen. If your order is running late, contact us and we will find out where it is.

When we dispatch

An order is prepared once payment has been confirmed by our payment gateway. Until that confirmation arrives the order stays pending, and nothing is packed against it — this is why an order you have just paid for may show as pending for a short while.

Where we deliver

Within India. Addresses take an Indian pincode and an Indian mobile number, and we do not ship internationally at present.

Following your order

Your order moves through confirmed, packed, shipped and delivered, and you can see where it has got to in My Orders at any time.

We do not currently send an automatic message when an order is dispatched, and we do not have courier tracking links to give you. If you want to know where something is, ask us and we will chase the courier ourselves.

Digital items

Ebooks, courses and programmes are not shipped. Nothing is posted and no address is asked for — access appears in your account as soon as the order is confirmed.

Payment on delivery

Cash on delivery is not available. Every order is paid for online before it is dispatched.

If something arrives damaged

Tell us. Damage in transit is covered by our Refund Policy.
