Terms of Use

The terms you agree to by using Shreeramtatva.

By using this site you accept what is below. If you do not, please do not use it.

Your account

• You sign in with Google or with your phone number and a one-time code. There is no customer password, so there is nothing to forget and nothing to reuse from another site.
• Keep your phone number and email secure — anyone who can receive your code can reach your account.
• One account per person. Tell us if you think someone else has got into yours.
• We can suspend an account that is being used to defraud, abuse or attack the site.

Orders and prices

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. It is confirmed only when our payment gateway verifies the payment — not when your browser returns from the payment screen. Until then the order stays pending.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include whatever taxes apply.
• Stock is finite and an item can sell out between you adding it and paying for it. If that happens, we cancel and refund rather than delay indefinitely.
• We may correct an obvious pricing error before dispatch, and will contact you if one affects your order.
• Payment is online and in advance. Cash on delivery is not offered.

Digital content

• Ebooks in the Library and courses on Learn are free to read and watch.
• You get a personal licence to read, watch or follow them. You may not redistribute, resell, republish or upload them elsewhere.
• Ebooks are read in our own reader, which streams pages rather than handing you the file, and carries a watermark. Copying, extracting or re-hosting a text is not permitted.
• Courses play through YouTube's embedded player under our account. The video remains ours or our licensors'.
• Access can be withdrawn if the order behind it is cancelled or returned.

Programmes

• A programme starts when your payment clears, and its days unlock from that date.
• You mark your own days. Nothing is verified, and the record is yours — it is a practice aid, not an exam.
• A programme is guidance drawn from tradition. It is not medical, psychological or financial advice, and it does not replace a professional you should be seeing.

Reviews

• You can review a product once we have delivered it to you. There is no open reviewing — a review belongs to a real, delivered order.
• Every review is read before it is published, and we may decline one that is abusive, false, or about something other than the product.
• What you write stays yours; publishing it here gives us permission to show it on the product's page.

Using the site properly

• Do not scrape, bulk-download or automate against the site.
• Do not try to get at content, orders or accounts that are not yours, or to work around the checks that stop you.
• Do not upload anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to share.

Availability

We do our best to keep the site up but do not promise uninterrupted service. Things go down, and we fix them. We are not liable for loss caused by the site being unavailable for a period.

What we are responsible for

We are responsible for delivering what you bought, in the condition described. We are not responsible for how you use devotional content, or for outcomes you hope for from a practice. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the update.
